You pick the listings you like—we’ll handle the rest.
We contact the agents, schedule the viewings, and visit each property as if we were renting it ourselves. You’ll get honest feedback, detailed photos, videos, and our take on the location, condition, and how well it fits visa criteria.

Or, we will do the above and accompany you on visits if you are able to come to Portugal!

Once you've found “the one,” we’ll help negotiate the lease—and our trusted immigration lawyer will review your contract to make sure it’s 100% visa compliant.

Prices (max 5 property viewings in one day):
• Portugal Central to North (Braga) Mainland – €850 + €150 for contract review
• Lisbon and Lisbon South – €950 + €150 for contract review
