You identify the listings you are interested in, and we then assist with arranging and attending viewings. We contact agents to organise appointments and attend properties in person to gather information for you. Each property is assessed carefully and objectively. You receive detailed feedback, photos, videos, and practical insights on location, condition, and general suitability for visa purposes.

If you are travelling to Portugal, we can attend viewings with you for local insight and practical guidance.

Once you decide to proceed with a property, we provide coordination support during the next stages. This includes helping you understand the process, facilitating communication with the agent or landlord, and guiding you through the required documentation.

Your rental contract is reviewed by our trusted immigration lawyer to confirm visa compliance. We also assist with utilities setup once your lease is secured so that you can get established smoothly.

Lisbon/Lisbon South (to Ericeira): €1,350

• Remote or in-person attendance at viewings

• Process guidance and coordination support once you select a property
• Lawyer review of the rental contract

Our pricing is designed to be simple and transparent, with no add-ons for the core elements most clients require.

Please note: The service is based on one day of viewings. If additional viewing days are required, these can be arranged separately.
