A little bit about us…
We are Gary and Shelley, the creators of the YouTube channel Change of Plan, where we share our experience of moving to Portugal and what life here is really like.
We moved to Portugal full-time in 2023, after buying our home here two years earlier. Like many people planning a move from abroad, we found the process far more complex than expected, from unresponsive agents to a lack of clear, practical support.
That experience led us to create Your Casa Key. Our aim is simple: to provide honest, grounded relocation support that helps others move forward with more confidence and less confusion.
We live in Central Portugal and work with clients across different parts of the country. Away from work, life is usually shared with our two dogs, Teo and Lana. Gary can often be found exploring the mountains by motorbike, while Shelley brings her creative background and love of interiors into everything we do.
